Paul Cleghorn, a Headteacher in Scotland, originally introduced a 'Philosophy with Children' programme into his school. The subject is now taught in many schools in his local area. Several LEAs have adopted his approach to teaching thinking skills and the programme is a powerful vehicle which empowers youngsters to become 'better' learners and more fulfilled people.
The Scottish Parliament has personally congratulated Paul Cleghorn for the work he has done within his school/authority on teaching thinking skills.
