It's a Victorian day at Mill Street School to help raise money for a new library! Children and staff are all dressed up in Victorian costume, just like the 'good old days'. All except for the sneering spoilsport, Delia Grime, that is.
All goes well until Sam and Ollie become suspicious when Mr Spink, their Headteacher, seems to appear in two places at the same time. The day goes from bad to worse as Delia Grime causes chaos at the coffee afternoon, trying to kidnap a precious and valuable Victorian china doll. However, she's in for a ghostly shock when she makes her escape to the old school library!
